The career journey began in classroom practice, progressed through supervision and professional learning, and expanded into executive leadership, consulting, education reform and institutional transformation at national and regional levels.

Dr. Anwar Shaqar combines deep understanding of teaching and learning with executive experience in leading multi-programme education organizations and working with ministries, universities and international partners.
